Shipping & Delivery

Handled the way an heirloom deserves, from our care to yours.

Every piece is packed by hand and shipped insured. A limited edition is worth the extra care in transit, and we take that seriously from the moment a piece leaves us.

Processing

Delivery timing varies by collection and is confirmed at the time of purchase and on your order confirmation. Where a collection is made to order, this includes production time before a piece ships.

You'll receive a note from us when your order enters production, and again when it ships.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped individually and cushioned within a fitted interior, rather than packed loose with generic fill. Sets ship together in a single box, arranged so that no piece bears the weight of another in transit.

Carrier and tracking

We ship via UPS, insured for the full value of your order. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your piece leaves us.

Someone will need to be present to receive and sign for delivery — pieces of this value and fragility aren't left unattended.

Shipping rates

Complimentary within the continental United States, with signature required on all shipments.

International rates calculated at checkout.

International delivery

We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your piece.
