Every piece is claimed, not held on approval.

Every edition is intentionally limited.
Nicole Ivy releases certain pieces and place settings in fixed, limited quantities. Because of the nature of these editions, purchases designated Final Sale are not returnable solely because of a change of mind after shipment, except where applicable law provides otherwise

Before Shipment

If your order has not shipped, please contact Nicole Ivy promptly if you need to request cancellation.

A cancellation request is not complete until Nicole Ivy confirms the cancellation.

If applicable law gives you a right to cancel an order because shipment has been delayed, that legal right applies regardless of a product's Final Sale designation.

Damage or Manufacturing Defect

Nicole Ivy stands behind the condition of merchandise when it reaches you.

If an item arrives damaged in transit or appears to contain a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within seven days of delivery.

Please provide your order information, the applicable edition or set number if available, and clear photographs showing the issue and packaging where relevant.

The seven-day request is intended to allow us to investigate shipping damage promptly. It does not eliminate any non-waivable legal right you may have.

Where Nicole Ivy confirms covered damage or defect, we may, depending upon the circumstances and available inventory:

repair the item where appropriate;
replace the affected individual piece;
replace the complete product or set; or
issue a refund.

Where only one component of a numbered set is replaced, Nicole Ivy may retain the original set designation in its authentication records.

Change of mind

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned after shipment solely because the purchaser changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or would prefer another item.

Limited-edition numbers returned or cancelled before shipment may be handled according to Nicole Ivy's internal edition records and are not guaranteed to be reissued.

Shipping Delays

Nicole Ivy will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe represented at purchase.

If Nicole Ivy cannot ship within the represented timeframe, we will provide the notices, choices, cancellation rights, and refunds required by applicable law.

Our Final Sale policy does not override legally required rights resulting from delayed or unfulfilled shipment.

International Customers

Customers outside the United States may have statutory cancellation, return, warranty, or withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be waived by this policy.

Where such rights apply, Nicole Ivy will honor them.
